James Giddens, owner, has over thirty successful years in the Austin home building business. He has proven experiences with companies like NPC, Buffington Homes, and Lennar Homes, all focused on building affordable luxury homes. In the last decade alone he has managed the quality delivery of over 10,000 new homes in the Austin metro area.

James Giddens formed his own company in order to provide a more personalized service to home buyers. Each year the Giddens Homes Development Company delivers a select number of luxury homes, each one built under James’ direct supervision.
